Program Qualifications
Be 18 years of age or older: Must be 18 and ready to live independently in a supportive community.
Have a verifiable source of income (SSI/SSDI, VA Disability, private pay, employment, or benefits)
Be able to live independently without assistance in activities of daily living.
Commitment to maintaining a drug-and alcohol-free lifestyle.
Agree to follow community guidelines and program expectations.
Be motivated to work toward personal goals, stability, and independence.
